Loved staff, especially Aldo. He was beyond wonderful. All staff were great, but he went way beyond expectations in being helpful and kind. Comfortable space. Great tv. We were stuck because my partner got run into by a car and was laid up. So we watched TV and iced her knee. Hotel gave us ice. Swelling did go down over 3 days. Good breakfast and dinner at hotel. Shower was great. Good pressure and hot water that because of design, stayed within shower enclosure. Good design.

I am rather surprised that the property has a rating of less than 9! The hospitality is so warm, the room is comfortable, location is top notch, wifi works smoothly, breakfast is tasty. I’d highly recommend! Special shout out to Issam and Sofian for being so amazing. The day we reached we were freezing a bit since we flew from a super warm country. They offered us coffee and some local cookie type snacks. If you are reading this, please I forgot the names can you please tell us again what are they called 🙈😁

Fully renovated in 2022, the Jm Suites Hotel is a 4* urban hotel designed to meet the requirements of a cosmopolitan and environmentally responsible clientele. The hotel was very amenable and in a good location. We were there just one night-it was perfect for us.

The location is right next to Marche Central tram Station and close to the old medina so it's good for tourists. The rooms are modern and clean and spacious. The bathrooms are good as well with hugh shower pressure. The inside of the hotel is spacious too. The staff are very polite and friendly. Hamza, Amina and Zohour in particular were quite helpful! They gave me excellent advice as to where to go to exchange money, eat food and along with the security guard Mohsin they helped me arrange washing of my clothes at a local laundry. Very helpful!
