Loved staff, especially Aldo. He was beyond wonderful. All staff were great, but he went way beyond expectations in being helpful and kind. Comfortable space. Great tv. We were stuck because my partner got run into by a car and was laid up. So we watched TV and iced her knee. Hotel gave us ice. Swelling did go down over 3 days. Good breakfast and dinner at hotel. Shower was great. Good pressure and hot water that because of design, stayed within shower enclosure. Good design.

They gave me excellent advice as to where to go to exchange money, eat food and along with the security guard Mohsin they helped me arrange washing of my clothes at a local laundry. Very helpful!
