Very helpful and friendly owners, flat was super clean and it was everything what you need for a comfortable stay. Location is completely silent (for those who want really to rest it's a paradise). 10/10

FITNESS, PARKING & Security, children's playground, Air conditioner, kitchen & washing machine, 4K OLED TV & HighSpeed WiFi, spacious balcony with gorgeous city view in CENTRAL... My trip was incredible. The host was very kind and addressed every issue in advance. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need from a microwave to a dishwasher. The layout of the apartments is very convenient, everything is thought out to the smallest detail and pursues convenience and comfort. Moreover, there is a comfortable gym in the building which is available 24/7. I will definitely use these apartments again on my next trip.

Nice, quiet and - important in November - very warm place not far away from Riga's downtown. Apparently problems with bathoroom have been solved - there is no smell or humidity noted. Overall good value for a money.
