Die Unterkunft Eksporta 10, LUX ist gelegen im Bezirk Ziemelu in Riga, 2,5 km von Bastejkalna Parks, 2,7 km von Lettische Nationaloper und 2,8 km von Arena Riga entfernt. Ich war positiv überrascht über so eine schöne Wohnung! Der Eingang ist etwas schwer zu finden, aber bisschen suchen und tüfteln (Tipp: Der Eingang ist nicht an der Straße sondern im Hof!) hat dann schnell zu einem Ergebnis geführt. Das Schlafzimmer ist superhübsch und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche total praktisch, sogar groß genug mit Tisch und Stühlen und das Bad hatte eine große Wanne!!! Alles schien mir sehr sauber und gepflegt, direkt vor der Tür fährt die Straßenbahn ins Zentrum.

Location was good. About 6 min drive to old town. Apartment building was in inner quarter so we did not hear much noise.

Very comfortable, modern apartment just a short walk away from all the tourist attractions. Great view from the balcony as it is on the 7th floor you can see all of the city from there. The apartment has all the amenities we needed, including a good utilized kitchen. Downstairs is a big supermarket around the corner which is open until 23:00 hours.
