I recently stayed at the beautiful beachfront hotel, Lavinia Bay and had an incredible experience. The ocean views from my room were stunning, with the sound of waves creating a peaceful ambiance. Olivia, the hotel's Italian restaurant, served delicious, authentic dishes with a view of the sunset that made each meal special. The rooftop pool offered panoramic views and was the perfect spot to relax during the day, while the live entertainment in the evenings added a fun, lively touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return!

Wonderful place near the beach. Had a great time. Sahan and Upul were very helpful during my stay. The tea is delicious so as the chicken rice. Breakfast was also not bad. This apartment is owned and operated by Mr. Raj I have been a guest there for some years, the hospitality this gentleman offers is second to none, specially those so called full service and star class ones every time I stay there I was beyond satisfied and being treated like a royalty, this is a true with all, I highly recommend and guarantee personally if you need accommodation in Colombo too look for it Thank you very much sir

Convenient location, friendly staff and good facilities. Located in the first floor so easy walk up and down without waiting for the lift. Never heard from neighbours so it’s relatively soundproof. We enjoyed the use of the pool and kitchen facilities with a full sized fridge (only one during our 3 week stay). Owner very accommodating. Tip for future travellers- ask for the pool key from friendly security if you’re and early riser and want a morning swim. I recommend staying if you have a family or friend group. Lots of restaurants a short stroll away in the beach.
