I recently stayed at the beautiful beachfront hotel, Lavinia Bay and had an incredible experience. The ocean views from my room were stunning, with the sound of waves creating a peaceful ambiance. Olivia, the hotel's Italian restaurant, served delicious, authentic dishes with a view of the sunset that made each meal special. The rooftop pool offered panoramic views and was the perfect spot to relax during the day, while the live entertainment in the evenings added a fun, lively touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return!

Beach Mount Apartment (Blue Ocean Apartment) ligger i Mount Lavinia, en kort bit från Mount Lavinia Beach och 6,5 km från Bambalapitiya järnvägsstation, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi,... Convenient location, friendly staff and good facilities. Located in the first floor so easy walk up and down without waiting for the lift. Never heard from neighbours so it’s relatively soundproof. We enjoyed the use of the pool and kitchen facilities with a full sized fridge (only one during our 3 week stay). Owner very accommodating. Tip for future travellers- ask for the pool key from friendly security if you’re and early riser and want a morning swim. I recommend staying if you have a family or friend group. Lots of restaurants a short stroll away in the beach.
