The staff were so nice, it felt like we knew each other from before. There were three young guys who worked at the hotel, I don't remember their names, but I want to say a big thank you to them for the great hospitality. I highly recommend Elite hotel, the next time I visit Lebanon I will be more than happy to book a room with you. Thanks again!

Lancaster Suites is conveniently located just steps away from Raouche Rock and the Mediterranean seafront. It offers rooms with balconies, free on-site car parking and free airport pickup and drop... Everything is perfect, staff are great especially the two ladies at the reception and the driver.

Lancaster Plaza Beirut is a 5-star hotel in the heart of Beirut, representing a refined world of hospitality. First of all i would like to thank all staff specially zeinab, Rosalie, cybelle, hady, fady, moustafa, ahmed, atif, atif for the awesome hospitality. They were super welcoming and supporting whenever required. Was a great stay and will definetly come again and recommend for my friends.

The location was appropriate as we were in the middle of our trips, the staff were very very friendly and helpful if you need any recommendations regarding the food type or whatever you want to eat they will guide you through it.
