My stay at the Elite hotel was wonderful. The hotel location is amazing, just walking distance from the famous Rauche. The staff at the reception were extremely nice and helpful especially the two beautiful ladies Jana and Layal. Jana upgraded my room to a wonderful room at the seventh floor sea view and Layal explained to me where to go in Lebanon and how to enjoy my stay. She is an excellent tour guide. I will definitely come back again to the Elite hotel and I highly recommend it to others.

Die Lancaster Suites erfreuen sich einer vorteilhaften Lage in nur wenigen Schritten Entfernung vom Pinguinfelsen (Rock of Raouché) sowie der Mittelmeerküste. Das komplette Paket, die Lage und vor allem das Zimmer. Hervorzuheben ist auch das nette und zuvorkommende Personal, vor allem die junge Dame namens Mariam. Immer wieder gerne.

The location was appropriate as we were in the middle of our trips, the staff were very very friendly and helpful if you need any recommendations regarding the food type or whatever you want to eat they will guide you through it.
