Well located in the centre of Seoul, Parkavenue Guesthouse provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. This 3-star hotel offers luggage storage space. I loved the location, so vibrant, comfortable and safe! The staff were just amazing, so polite and willing to help out with everything. Tommy and Anna were excellent, which just made my stay great! It was clean and the breakfast was traditional and tasteful, and I liked that part a lot. Clearly a great suggestion as a place, those people just K-rock :)

Very cozy, homey, clean, heated floor, welcoming, free laundry in the morning, delicious breakfast, many activities, etc. Since people eat breakfast at the same table, people start talking about the plans for today. So it was easy to make friends and do something together. Reina organizes some activities like we joined a monthly K-Pop dance lesson, annual kimchi making session, weekly fried chicken dinner, etc. if you are a social solo traveler, I highly recommend this hostel!

Situated in Seoul, 1.6 km from Hongik University and 2.9 km from Ewha Womans University, Hongdae Cozy offers air conditioning. The location is perfect. It takes around 5-7 min to get to either bus or subway station. The apartment was clean. There were lots of flip flops which was quite convenient. There are a lot of cute coffee shops, bars and restaurants around. It’s quite at night so don’t worry, you can sleep peacefully at night. We also really liked the price, it’s so cheap! There’s also TV, we watched some movies on it. If it’s your first time in Seoul, I think this location is just right. Also, owner allowed us to stay longer at check out day which was really sweet. Thank you very much. We’ll definitely visit again. 너무 고맙습니다 😁

In the centre of Seoul, located within a short distance of Hongik University Station and Hongik University, Hongdae Luxury Private Single House with Big Open Balcony Perfect for a Family & Big Group... The place made us feel totally at home. Great space for 5 people. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay, there were night where we were just comfortable hanging out at home, instead of going out. Location near hong dae was very convenient, we could walk or take a short bus ride to hongik uni station. The owner of the place even came by to give us some fruits and check on our stay.
