This was the first place I stayed in during my trip to Korea - and it exceeded all expectations. I arrived early, but the owner let me leave my luggage and lent me an umbrella. When I returned to check in, he gave me a (big) tasty cake as a welcome gift! The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The beds are on the hard side (normal for Korea), but comfortable. The breakfast is INCREDIBLE. A feast of delicious Korean dishes, which are freshly cooked and change each day. A quick and easy laundry service is available at a competitive price. The location in Yeonnam-dong is also perfect - it's a 10-minute walk to the metro and the busy part of Hongdae, but the neighbourhood surrounding the guesthouse is really chill and full of fantastic cafes and restaurants. This place is excellent value for Seoul - book it now!

Hongdae Cozy er staðsett í Seoul, 1,6 km frá Hongik-háskólanum og 2,9 km frá Ewha Womans-háskólanum. Boðið er upp á loftkælingu. The location is perfect. It takes around 5-7 min to get to either bus or subway station. The apartment was clean. There were lots of flip flops which was quite convenient. There are a lot of cute coffee shops, bars and restaurants around. It’s quite at night so don’t worry, you can sleep peacefully at night. We also really liked the price, it’s so cheap! There’s also TV, we watched some movies on it. If it’s your first time in Seoul, I think this location is just right. Also, owner allowed us to stay longer at check out day which was really sweet. Thank you very much. We’ll definitely visit again. 너무 고맙습니다 😁

It's not too far from the subway station, and there are plenty of options for eating out and grabbing coffee nearby. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and really comfortable. The hosts are super friendly, and the variety of Korean-style breakfast is absolutely delicious!

The place made us feel totally at home. Great space for 5 people. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay, there were night where we were just comfortable hanging out at home, instead of going out. Location near hong dae was very convenient, we could walk or take a short bus ride to hongik uni station. The owner of the place even came by to give us some fruits and check on our stay.

The apartment was perfect for a family of four and was so central to everything. It was close to the action - Hongdae Street - and yet in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of modern and traditional Korean eateries and cafes. Hongik Univ Station was only a 5-10 min walk and it's a major interchange station to the Airport Railroad and other lines. Our host was very responsive, friendly and hospitable. Small touches such as complimentary umbrellas, plenty of towels and a cold/hot water filter made our stay comfortable. It was a first visit to Korea as a family and because we had such a positive experience, when we return we want to stay at Kbook9 again. Definite recommend.
