They answered any questions we had, like how to use the washing machine. When we needed our trash emptied or more toilet paper etc, our requests were answered promptly.

My friends could not come due to a sudden flu infection on the day of departure. We booked two non-refundable rooms. The staff helped us communicate with booking and managed to cancel one room and get us refunded.
