Well situated in the centre of Tokyo, Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya offers air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. The staff was not just polite, but friendly. They answered any questions we had, like how to use the washing machine. When we needed our trash emptied or more toilet paper etc, our requests were answered promptly.

My friends could not come due to a sudden flu infection on the day of departure. We booked two non-refundable rooms. The staff helped us communicate with booking and managed to cancel one room and get us refunded. The location is just a 5 minute walk from Shibuya station. The scramble is nearby along with all the shopping places and restaurants you could ever want to go to. Also, there is a washer dryer combo conveniently located in our room along with a microwave. The room itself and the bathroom is decently spacious. The staff were nice. What more could we ask for? It was perfect.
