Really nice hotel just one monorail/train station away from Haneda airport terminal 3. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean and modern. Great option especially if your flight arrives really late or departs early and you don't wanna use a lot of time to commute on these days.

The location was perfect - took train from Narita, easy transfer to Omorikaigen train station and easy to take luggage from Omorikaigen to TMark. Quiet area, close proximity to parks for walking & relaxation, easy walking distance to Omori train station. Modern building & rooms. Cleaning & front desk staff friendly and helpful. Like the use of door magnets to confirm if housekeeping is required.

We only stayed one night because we arrived late to Haneda. It's a quiet neighbourhood. The staff welcomed us after midnight, all very friendly. The room was big enough and comfortable. The breakfast more than excellent! You can pick a japanese or an american breakfast and serve both as many times as you want. Very varied. They took care of replying each one of my messages before we arrived because we let them know we'd be there by 1 am and asked them to receive a pocket wifi we'd deliveried before and they already had it in the front desk when we checked in, so Excellent service! I'd definitely come back
