Extraordinarily helpful staff -- went out of their way to arrange a surprise floral bouquet for my wife's birthday, and were helpful in tracking luggage delivery. Beautiful, well thought out room. Nice breakfast buffet. Convenient airport shuttle.

The room was comfortable and clean. Surprisingly, it didn't give me the APA hotel vibe when I stayed many years ago. It was pretty much a dark room then. But now, it is bright although there isn't a directly window to the outside from the room. That window is connected to the bathroom. The toilet was also automated (the toilet seat opening on its own) and that came as a surprise. The bathroom was also surprisingly spacious.

Set in Tokyo and connected to Haneda Airport International Passenger Terminal, Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport offers accommodation with a bar and private parking. The comfort of being within minutes next to the terminal was such a great choice. The rooftop onsen was a cherry on top. It was a great “treat” after the whole 2 week trip in Japan.
