Situated in Tokyo and with Akabane Park reachable within 200 metres, Akabane Holic Hotel features a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. We loved the public bath and the quality of the products provided for skin care and shampoo. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The design and lighting in the room was very pleasant. Bed was big and comfortable.

For the price it's a perfect hotel room. A good TV, a bed so confortable. I was so exhausted of my trip and this was a incredible place for my to rest at this price. There is a lot of places to buy food close to there.

Really good value for money if you just want a place to sleep and relax at the end of the day, <5 min walk from station, stored our luggage on the day before check in time, nice buffet breakfast, big twin beds, good size room, clean, fresh towels every day, heated mirror in the washroom, front desk accepted an Amazon delivery for us. The staff were really polite and kind, and made it feel like home.

Keep in mind that it was my first time in Japan, and I don't travel often to begin with so this review is coming from an inexperienced traveler. I thought this place was great to stay in. The location isn't too far from the Akabane Station (it's about a 10 minute walk), but if you have a lot of luggage it might be a little bit inconvenient. I only stayed for a week and just had a backpack and a carry on so it was fine. The front desk staff was really nice, they do speak some English so checking in and out was simple. If you're staying for an extended period of time they let you select your cleaning days (cleaning happens from 10am-3pm) and then they explain to you that your new towels will be hung on your door daily. The location is convenient because right outside of the hotel there's a cool area with a bunch of places to eat and drink as well as a Family Mart that's right across the street. The best part was that the 7Eleven around the corner has a 7bank ATM (I think all of them do), that accepts VISA as well as most other credit cards so if you forget to do the currency exchange at the airport like I did you can still get yen here. The facility is very clean and the elevator is fast. I stayed in a smoking room and never noticed any weird smells or anything, the room also comes with a nice AC unit and air freshener if you're concerned about that. The bathroom was perfect for me, but if you're taller than like 5'10" I can see how it would feel a little bit cramped. For the price it was amazing and the cleaning crew cleans the room and the bathroom really well.

I choose to rest here because this accommodation has car parking area and I would like to try to rest in Japanese style house. When I arrived , everything so WOW ,Very beautiful Japanese house with the beautiful garden in front of the room. The room is so big and have everything even though Ukata clothes. Here is very charming in every detail decoration, I love its all. Surely that it’s valuable for the money. So the host is very nice and good in English language. He advised us to plan the Tokyo trip. He would help to pick up & drop off us at the train station. After check out I forgot my overcoat there, the host help to send it to me. I’m grateful , many thanks the kindly host 🥰 I recommend this

The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious. it's ideal for big groups just like ours. Makoto has been very helpful with our airport transfer considering that we will be arriving late at the airport. He even provided us with drinking water. Also, Makoto responds immediately to my questions/ concerns. The kitchen amenities are complete. The pillows, blankets, linen, towels provided are many and are very clean.
