Location. The hotel is near train station and several convenience stores. 2. Facilities. 3. Security. One thing that I want to acknowledge the hotel is the extra help given to us in regards to our luggages. Due to language barrier with 7-eleven staff and no access to sim card, we were not able to arrange for a luggage delivery service. We got help from the housekeeping lady who called one of the receptionists on 16 dec 2023. The reception agreed to help us and we left our luggages and funds in our rooms. They helped us arrange for luggage delivery and with their assistance, our luggages arrived in Tokyo the next day. My family is very thankful to the hotel staff. We greatly appreciate all their help. :)

Waqoo Shitaderamachi is situated in Tennoji, in Osaka. The accommodation is 500 metres from popular areas such as Tsutenkaku and Shinsekai. Very nice quiet street right next to busy Shinjuku. Easy to find, subway line right around corner. Very narrow as it is in Tokyo and you have to be ready to sleeping on second floor loft, not for everyone. Felt like in true urban Japan because of atmosphere, the neighborhood

El alojamiento es céntrico y a 5 minutos andando de una estación. El personal del hotel era muy agradable y simpático, te ofrecen cada día gratuitamente ramen, sopas, bebidas alcohólicas y normales ilimitadas, una variedad muy grande de té, tiene sala de juegos gratuitos, cómics para leer, restaurante con comida deliciosa, y un largo etc de cosas positivas. Sin duda repetiremos en nuestra vuelta a Japón 😊
