The property was the perfect aesthetic for a trip to Japan and was excellent to stay at. There are a few decent food options nearby and a 7/11 right around the corner (less than 2 min walk) which was very convenient. The host also communicated very well with us.

The rooms upstairs were nice, the bar downstairs was welcoming and kind. And there is plenty of nice places to eat in the area, like the cafe across the street.

A very comfortable Japanese family home with a mix of modern and traditional features. Each room had an air-conditioner which allowed for cosy ambient temperatures throughout our 8 nights in mid December that dropped to 2 degrees celsius on some nights. The property is very clean and is located in a quiet residential area, very close to the train station but far enough not to hear the sound of the trains. The owner is a very kind and friendly person and also very quick to respond to messages in English and provided us with detailed and easy to understand information which was helpful. There are a number of convenience stores and a large supermarket also. Getting to the accommodation from Kansai airport was also fairly straightforward. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here as kids got to sleep on tatami mats and futon (while parents slept in normal beds). I definitely recommend this accommodation especially for families who want to experience living in a Japanese home.

Brasan Hostel Osaka öppnade i mars 2016 och erbjuder mysiga sovsalar och privata rum i ett lugnt område. Superb, the owner is hospitality, and equipments are tidy and organized. And it's not far from Himematsu tram station which is easily to arrive Abeno downtown area. 10/10 !!
