Everything was in order and within expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone. I had a medical emergency at the time, but the staff was extremely helpful, they helped me contact my insurance company, quickly found a doctor who could speak English in a local hospital, and called an ambulance for me. I believe it made such a difference and because of this, I am forever grateful to the staff members!

Hotel staff is very friendly, can speak English, Japanese, Chinese and other languages. There was a set of amenities for everyday, which was very useful. Helped us to check in earlier, so we could rest right after long flight. Also, helped with finding an adapter to charge the phone.
