Their help truly made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names, but if any of them happen to read this, I was the guest with the black hard case guitar. I had a wonderful short stay in Osaka with my family, and am eagerly looking forward to staying at this hotel again during my next visit. 😊 For those who rent a car, there are 2 public carparks just 1-2mins walk from this hotel. On top of that, you can wash and dry your clothes with the coin-operated laundry services!

I chose this hotel because it is so close to the subway, and from there I could visit any attractions that I wanted. The room I received was spacious by Japanese standards. Everything was in order and within expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone. I had a medical emergency at the time, but the staff was extremely helpful, they helped me contact my insurance company, quickly found a doctor who could speak English in a local hospital, and called an ambulance for me. I believe it made such a difference and because of this, I am forever grateful to the staff members!

The same “group” owns several hotels in the area, it’s a love hotel, but an amazing value. If you stay for a full day, you get breakfast, 1 drink and 1 food item off the menu every day you stay. I would come here again.
