The staff was really helpful and came to meet us after check-in time despite is being really late and helped me get my Suica card back after I lost it. I really recommend this hotel and hope to be back in the future

While it's a bit of a walk up the hill from the Misasagi subway station, the neighborhood is pretty, and there's a canal in a park. There's also a small grocery store right by the subway station, and it offers whatever a traveler might need for a decent meal or a pleasant bath.
