Beautiful location on the river with a nice shopping street and train station nearby. Staff were extremely helpful when we had questions about how to go see a baseball game in Osaka. Very attentive staff who even call the elevator for you.

Set in Nishijin, Villa Front Kyoto Seimei ヴィラフロント京都晴明 offers accommodation with a flat-screen TV and a kitchen. A microwave and kettle are also featured. The room was amazing. Very close with the bus stop and Family Mart. The electric was completely. I recommend this place for everyone visiting.

This small boutique hotel is located in quite area of Kyoto, close to the imperial palace. The staff made our stay very pleasant and were always ready to accommodate any request or questions we had. The rooms where large even by western standards, more than 40 m2 and the bathroom with the tub was wonderful. Also it in a very quiet location so there is no noise of any kind.

מלון קיוטו גארדן פאלאס (Kyoto Garden Palace), הממוקם ממש מול הארמון הקיסרי של קיוטו (Kyoto), מציע אינטרנט אלחוטי חינם בכל שטחיו. המלון כולל מסעדה, השכרת אופניים ושירותי עיסוי. I liked that even though I don’t smoke, I could have. The room had an ashtray. I am off the Smokey treats these days but it’s nice knowing that IF I take up the ciggies again that I have a nice option in an excellent facility.

Regarding the price levels in Kyoto during peak season, this is a good deal. Modern hotel at an international standard. The hotel is close to one of the tourist bus lines that takes you to all the sights, the imperial palace and the castle are in walking distance. Just note that there are two Livemax hotels in this area, I went to the wrong one initially. Just stick to the address in the description and don't just search the name on Google maps like I did.
