Unbelievable location, incredible room, amazing breakfast, awesome staff. Laundry service was really handy, recommend using it if you need to refresh your luggage. Goodies in the room were awesome. Happy hour was pleasantly great!

This is a traditional and beautiful hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room with an outdoor tub on our 2nd night which was exceptionally nice. The staff were wonderful and the onsen was fantastic. We had dinner in the bar on the first night which was very zen and i loved going to dinner in my yukata after the onsen.

Hotel Arashiyama sijaitsee Kiotossa 1,3 km:n päässä Arashiyaman bambumetsiköstä ja 3,4 km:n päässä Otagi Nenbutsu-jin temppeliltä. Staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the bed and room were comfortable and clean, and the parking was super useful. I'd stay here again

Situated right along the gentle streams of Katsura River and boasting a beautiful Japanese garden, Suiran, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kyoto offers the perfect getaway for travellers seeking peace and... A quiet and beautiful respite from the city. The garden and river views are lovely and the free champagne at the waterfront cafe after a long day of walking was greatly appreciated. The staff were welcoming and helpful every step of the way.
