Staff and front desk especially went way beyond. My flight out ca ncelled due to strick at Venice Airport front desk made me train reservations with full explanations about the train to Rome as it was complicated for first time users.

Painted ceilng. Decorated but comfortable bed. New bathroom and comfortable. Very rich selfservice breakfast. The stuff were helpful and gave us very good advice regarding our visit. Das Hotel Al Codega liegt in einem ruhigen Innenhof, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Markusplatz und dem Herzogspalast entfernt. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und verfügen über Flachbild-TVs. This is my second time in Venice and the 3rd hotel, and by far, this is the best hotel. 1- The staff are friendly especially Michelle and his female colleague, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. 2- breakfast was very good and contains a various selection of food and drinks. 3- A very quiet hotel and area, especially with the morning atmosphere, it was lovely. 4- The room was spacious and it contains a closet/wardrobe which wasn’t available in the photos posted in booking. 5- Great location and close to the transportation and the attractions.

The staff was very kind and professional. The room was stylish and charming. Hotel location is great, very close to Rialto Bridge and just a few minutes of walking from St. Marco Square. Great restaurant about 100m in front of the hotel (Ristorante al teatro goldoni). Lot's of shops and cafes near the hotel. We even received welcome fruit basked and bottle of prosecco upon arrival. When I come back to Venice next time I'll definitely choose this hotel as my first choice.
