The staff was very nice and friendly, they also helped us to book restaurants & ticket museums. Everybody was kind and helpfull, from the reception to the restaurant & breakfast staff. The hotel has a great location and it is very clean, we had a room with such a beautiful view. It was a lovely experience.

Hotel Quirinale ligger i en byggnad från 1800-talet, bara 20 minuters promenad från Colosseum. I loved this hotel, whilst perhaps some things were outdated it only added to the charm of this quality property. I loved my large room, bed, window and bathroom. Service was old world charming, the garden was divine for breakfast and dinner and an afternoon drink. The breakfast was wonderful. I caught the fast Leonardo (something or other) train from the airport, 1st stop being Roma Station 700m from the hotel. The cobblestones will test your bag wheels so if the bag is around 25kg or so perhaps a cab is best. Trevi fountain is nearby and the Pantheon not much further, I attended an opera in a church 90 metres from the hotel, good shopping nearby in what appears to be a factory outlet area, supermarket 5 minute walk, and a pub and restaurants 5 minute walk. I ventured out about 6.30am for a walk and returned to the hotel one evening about 9pm and felt safe, there are lots of people around until about 10pm. I loved it and I am tad fussy so you should love it too.

Monti 66 Hotel har ett perfekt läge i området Rione Monti i Rom, 9 minuters promenad från Cavour tunnelbanestation, mindre än 1 km från Barberini tunnelbanestation och 12 minuters promenad från... The hotel itself is more of a single-hallway guesthouse, and the location is OUTSTANDING: It is close to several good restaurants and a Tigre grocery store. Repubblica Station is just down the street, and Roma Termini (the main train station) is close as well. It is very possible to walk to the Colosseum, the Forum, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon - you can spend days exploring this area without using any public transportation. The front desk worker, Jeffrey, was extremely helpful and patient with us; he took out a map of Rome and essentially planned out 2-3 walking tours for us when we checked in. The room was quite large and comfortable, with nice beds and tons of pillows. There is no view to speak of, but that was not a huge factor for us. I would definitely stay here again.
