Located opposite the Palazzo delle Esposizioni. Exhibition centre has modern rooms with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. Repubblica Metro is a 5-minute walk away. Lorenzo and cristina very awesome persons… they explained and guided us very well !

Hotel Le Petit is gevestigd in een geheel gerenoveerd elegant 19e-eeuws gebouw vlak bij de Via Nazionale, op 50 meter van het metrostation Repubblica, op lijn A van Rome. Specially the receptionist service! 5 stars! Very helpful!

Quirinale is gevestigd in een pand uit de 19e eeuw, op 20 minuten wandelen van het Colosseum. I loved this hotel, whilst perhaps some things were outdated it only added to the charm of this quality property. I loved my large room, bed, window and bathroom. Service was old world charming, the garden was divine for breakfast and dinner and an afternoon drink. The breakfast was wonderful. I caught the fast Leonardo (something or other) train from the airport, 1st stop being Roma Station 700m from the hotel. The cobblestones will test your bag wheels so if the bag is around 25kg or so perhaps a cab is best. Trevi fountain is nearby and the Pantheon not much further, I attended an opera in a church 90 metres from the hotel, good shopping nearby in what appears to be a factory outlet area, supermarket 5 minute walk, and a pub and restaurants 5 minute walk. I ventured out about 6.30am for a walk and returned to the hotel one evening about 9pm and felt safe, there are lots of people around until about 10pm. I loved it and I am tad fussy so you should love it too.

Monti 66 Hotel bevindt zich in het centrum van Rome, op 6 minuten lopen van Quirinaalpaleis en 800 meter van metrostation Cavour. The hotel itself is more of a single-hallway guesthouse, and the location is OUTSTANDING: It is close to several good restaurants and a Tigre grocery store. Repubblica Station is just down the street, and Roma Termini (the main train station) is close as well. It is very possible to walk to the Colosseum, the Forum, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon - you can spend days exploring this area without using any public transportation. The front desk worker, Jeffrey, was extremely helpful and patient with us; he took out a map of Rome and essentially planned out 2-3 walking tours for us when we checked in. The room was quite large and comfortable, with nice beds and tons of pillows. There is no view to speak of, but that was not a huge factor for us. I would definitely stay here again.
