Located on the Aventino, one of Rome's 7 hills, Santa Prisca is 10 minutes' walk from FAO headquarters and 400 metres from Piramide Metro Station. Parking and internet are free. Location is excellent. No more than 30 mins walk to Partenon/coliseum/ Victor emmanuel etc. A fresh and minimalist hotel with a great breakfast, comfy beds, quiet, the staff are warm and chatty, the Aperol Spritz €5. Very important! I recommend this hotel for a affordable no frills Roman break with good company.

Clean and modern room, helpful and cheerful staff, good breakfast. It was very easy to check-in and use digital code to enter the building and room.

This is an exceptional little apartment, it's very modern and well-organised, perfect in every detail. It's also very quiet and safe too, because although it's in the heart of Rome, ona main road so it's easy to get there, the room is in an internal part of the building, in a lovely courtyard. Communication with the owner was very easy too.I highly recommend this place.

The neighborhood was perfect for us: close enough to Trastevere and the main sights to be able to walk everywhere, while not being extremely touristic or crowded, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby for a quick bite. The apartment itself was amazing - we immediately felt like we had just moved into a new place together, not like we were just „passing through“. We were actually sad when we had to leave - even though we’re not even going home, just continuing our vacation! The host was very nice and helpful and responded to any questions within minutes. We will definitely return to Rome and stay here again, if possible. :)

My husband and I stayed here several nights while on a trip celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary. The hotel hides behind a very non-descript door, but once you get inside, wow! We were greeted by some of the friendliest staff I've ever encountered during a hotel stay. The day before, I had reached out asking if it was possible to check in early, and they were quick to respond and were very accommodating to our arrival time. I was greeted by name upon arrival, and they provided us with drinks and a plethora of helpful information about the area while they got our room ready for us. They provided us with prosecco, a cute little box of tasty biscuits, and two very nice reusable water bottles to use while exploring the city. The room itself feels so luxurious! We booked the Executive Triple Room. It had lovely streetside views, a spacious bathroom, and massive (and I mean MASSIVE) bathtub. The service was amazing. There is nothing better than leaving for an afternoon, getting hot and tired, and then coming back to a spotlessly clean room! They also have cold water on tap, both still and sparkling, available in the lobby- I couldn't tell you how many times we took advantage of that to fill up our nice Vespucci Palace bottles. Complimentary breakfast was also available in the lobby each morning and was a nice and fresh way to start every day that we were there. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to plenty of shops, markets, and restaurants. Rome was the last of 3 destinations we visited, and this ended up being the perfect place to relax and spend the last days of our trip.

Close to transport, restaurants, and grocery stores. Air con in the bedroom and wifi worked well. A bottle of sparkling wine was left in the fridge. Don’t know if it was a previous guest or property that left it. Lively yet quiet neighborhood. Generally, a good stay.
