Located on the Aventino, one of Rome's 7 hills, Santa Prisca is 10 minutes' walk from FAO headquarters and 400 metres from Piramide Metro Station. Parking and internet are free. Location is excellent. No more than 30 mins walk to Partenon/coliseum/ Victor emmanuel etc. A fresh and minimalist hotel with a great breakfast, comfy beds, quiet, the staff are warm and chatty, the Aperol Spritz €5. Very important! I recommend this hotel for a affordable no frills Roman break with good company.

Situated in Rome, within 2.3 km of Roman Forum and 2.6 km of Palazzo Venezia, Sonder Testaccio offers free WiFi. The customer service was wonderful, the staff were very helpful, friendly and pleasant when we asked any questions. Having a private balcony was so nice, a glass of wine in the evening and just watching the street below was enjoyable. The room was modern, stylish and comfortable. You get alot of value for your money for what you pay for. Testaccio is further from the city center but with that the food is better, you are not being overcharged and it's a more normal place to relax and wander around the area. There was a great exhibition in Mattatoio just across the road on the 1974 Revolution of the Carnations in Portugal which was a real find. Once you are on the metro it's super easy to travel around Rome, I would say it's worth it if you want to get away from the crowds when the day is over and sleep in a quieter spot.

Great location next to the train, apartment with lift and located in a quiet street. The owner is very friendly and always available to answer questions. The place is above and beyond expectation. Bed is comfy, rooms are great size, we had a group of 5 (2 couples and 1 single) the sofa bed is in the living room, it has a door to keep private, really good. The place was spotless, fully equipped kitchen.

A recently renovated property, IAIO Testaccio Retrò is set in Rome near Roman Forum, Roma Trastevere Train Station and Synagogue of Rome. The property is a close walk to the colosseum and comfy bed

Offering inner courtyard views, La Corte Dei Panni is an accommodation set in Rome, 2.2 km from Roman Forum and 2.5 km from Palazzo Venezia. This is an exceptional little apartment, it's very modern and well-organised, perfect in every detail. It's also very quiet and safe too, because although it's in the heart of Rome, ona main road so it's easy to get there, the room is in an internal part of the building, in a lovely courtyard. Communication with the owner was very easy too.I highly recommend this place.

Situated within 2 km of Roman Forum and 1.7 km of Roma Trastevere Train Station, Testaccio's Heart features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Rome. The neighborhood was perfect for us: close enough to Trastevere and the main sights to be able to walk everywhere, while not being extremely touristic or crowded, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby for a quick bite. The apartment itself was amazing - we immediately felt like we had just moved into a new place together, not like we were just „passing through“. We were actually sad when we had to leave - even though we’re not even going home, just continuing our vacation! The host was very nice and helpful and responded to any questions within minutes. We will definitely return to Rome and stay here again, if possible. :)

A recently renovated guest house in Rome and within 1.7 km of Roman Forum, Vespucci Palace Roma has a bar, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. We had a great time in Rome and this place was part of it. Very good area, impeccable cleanliness, everything new and nicely decorated, large room/bathroom, very comfortable bed. Very welcoming and friendly staff. I highly recommend this place.

Located in Rome, 2 km from Palazzo Venezia and 1.6 km from Roma Trastevere Train Station, Testaccio View Holiday House offers air conditioning. Location was good. Close to transport, restaurants, and grocery stores. Air con in the bedroom and wifi worked well. A bottle of sparkling wine was left in the fridge. Don’t know if it was a previous guest or property that left it. Lively yet quiet neighborhood. Generally, a good stay.
