The hotel had a great location, facing the sea, the view during breakfast from the terrace on the 7th floor was amazing - to Capri, Castel del´Ovo, Posilippo, Vesuvius, the entire bay... Breakfast was dominated by a huge selection of sweet cakes and pies, the rest was an average selection for this type of the hotel. Excellent services of reception, room-service, consierge. Rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, well equipped, with huge windows, beautiful bathroom... The neighborhood was quiet, clean and we felt safe even in the evening. There are many good restaurants nearby.

Hotel is in a great spacious neighborhood, close to the marina promenade, with good restaurants in the area. The city centre and the port is around 15-20 mins walk from the hotel

Hotel Ausonia býður upp á hlýlegt andrúmsloft í fínu umhverfi Via Caracciolo við Mergellina-göngusvæðið við sjávarsíðuna, þar sem Neapolitans njóta kvöldgöngutúra með útsýni yfir flóann. Staying out of Naples in Mergallina was such a bonus - beautiful and close to Metro if you want it. We only used it for Pompeii as everything we wanted to see we could walk to and hop on hop off bus drives past if you want. We stayed in the sea view room which we would reccomended as it was in a different building - a small apartment - big room and very big bathroom. Great value for money. I liked being able to open the balcony doors and there is a side sea view. You have your keys and can come and go as you like. Cleaned daily and continental breakfast provided in the main building. The family who run it are very accommodating and helpful. 😊
