Located on the lively promenade of Naples, Relais sul Mare offers design en suite rooms overlooking the Gulf of Naples. The room is a bit small but very nicely designed and comfortable. It even feels like a 4 or 5 star hotel. The staff is super attentive. They allowed us to leave our bags there before checking and after checkout and took good care of them. It felt everything was clean and when they cleaned every day it smelled amazing. The view from the room is incredible. The behind the mirror tv is cool. Bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi was in good working condition. The shower was strong. There was a kettle and coffee machine. The mini fridge prices are very fair and feel like a convenience for the guest and not a way for the hotel to make extra money.

Overall exceed expectation, details below: * Staff was incredible, we booked three seperate rooms, due to one of us got sick, hotel provided late checkout(without any fee). They also offered breakfast once we arrive early due to our flight. Not this but they also called taxi whenever we needed, really great people, thank you! * I also impressed with cleanliness as bed sheets smell super nice, I can feel it is properly washed due to soap smell. * Really good location, near to coastal area also has nice court that allow you enjoy sun.

Staying out of Naples in Mergallina was such a bonus - beautiful and close to Metro if you want it. We only used it for Pompeii as everything we wanted to see we could walk to and hop on hop off bus drives past if you want. We stayed in the sea view room which we would reccomended as it was in a different building - a small apartment - big room and very big bathroom. Great value for money. I liked being able to open the balcony doors and there is a side sea view. You have your keys and can come and go as you like. Cleaned daily and continental breakfast provided in the main building. The family who run it are very accommodating and helpful. 😊
