Forte Kochi is a luxurious heritage hotel offering 5-star accommodation on Princess Street in Fort Kochi. Absolutely gorgeous hotel in an old Fort Cochin house. Beautifully presented. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were wonderful. The room was immaculate, tastefully furnished, exotic petals on the bed linen, beautiful local wood furniture, big walk-in shower. Everything is very carefully curated. Breakfast was excellent and the one meal we ate in the hotel was superb. An enjoyable early morning walking tour was organised for us which was fascinating. Overall, Forte Kochi hotel was a highlight of our visit to Kerala.

The location is great, the tuk tuk tour is a great touch, really fun way to see the city and to explore. Loved the pool and the rooms, food was great in the restaurant

Located in the colonial city of Fort Cochin, Tissa's Inn is housed in a mansion 1 km from Fort Cochin Beach and Chinese Fishing Nets. It offers an outdoor pool and massage services. The staff at Tissa's are extremely professional, they are there to serve the guests. We were supposed to stay for 1 night instead we ended up with 3 nights!!! From the front desk Sanitha, Christina, the chef and his team including the team of cleaners. If you want something special to eat, just liaise with the Chef and voila its done! The Inn is well located to take in the sights, and eateries near by. There is a pool on top of the building if you wish to take a dip in the morning. Its quiet, large clean rooms to meet any exhausted guest arriving here. Its home away from home. Will return soon!!!!

Located in Cochin, 2.7 km from Fort Kochi Beach, Dutch Manor Boutique Hotel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Excellent hotel! We were a group of 8 and stayed here for 5 nights. The rooms and the entire property are very clean. The staff goes out of their way to make sure we are comfortable. It is worth staying here just for how well the staff take care of you. Mr. Praveen in particular was very helpful with all information - local tips, organizing cabs, meals etc. Special thanks to him! The rooms are very comfortable. There is sitting space, the beds are quite big enough for two, and bathrooms are modernized, but still have buckets for Indian style bathing. The windows have very good mosquito netting, so there were no mosquitoes in the rooms. The wifi was strong. The breakfast was wonderful - with different variety of dishes everyday! The location in Mattancherry is quite good too. It is very close to the palace, the Synagogue and the Jew town. There are a some good restaurants nearby, and plenty of fruit vendors. For Fort Kochi, it's either a long walk of about 3 km or a short ride in an Auto (very easy to get).

The SOLO Inn is fantastic. The rooms and furnishings are quality, the location is peaceful but the service levels are what makes this place sparkle. The staff know how to ensure their guests feel comfortable and this speaks volumes for the management. Thank you! They felt like a family and they did go the extra mile. I recommend it, and I will return.
