Fairfield by Marriott Surabaya is situated in Surabaya, 4.4 km from Sharp Bamboo Monument and 5 km from Submarine Monument. The check-in process was smooth-sailing, nothing out of ordinary. The hotel room was clean and spacious (Family Suite). The WiFi was good and relatively fast. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. My dad used the gym everyday and he did enjoy having a little bit of exercise every morning. Breakfast variety was superb; however; due to the fasting season, the options were not as much as the normal days. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Java Paragon Hotel & Residence is 4-star property situated a 20-minute drive from the Juanda International Airport and a 15-minute drive from the Surabaya central business district. Super value. Very clean. Extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgable staff. Breakfast buffet varied & complete with delicious food. Spacious room super clean, nice towels & plenty hot water. Difficult to find better in this price range.
