What we liked the most during our stay is the hotel team. Especially Hari the FO manager who did a lot for us. Java Paragon Hotel & Residence is 4-star property situated a 20-minute drive from the Juanda International Airport and a 15-minute drive from the Surabaya central business district. Super value. Very clean. Extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgable staff. Breakfast buffet varied & complete with delicious food. Spacious room super clean, nice towels & plenty hot water. Difficult to find better in this price range.
