The views from the terrace are AMAZING. Jelena and her husband were attentive and helpful. Parking is your own in front of the house. What else can one ask for? Equipped studio apartment with kitchen. Add a washer machine and I would move in :) You have sveti jakob beach literally at your door step ! No need to go farther. It's a great beach. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay at Sveti Beach House.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. The rooms were neat, clean, and fragrant, with a sea view. A wonderful terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, the old town, and the island of Lokrum. On the terrace, which consists of 3 levels, there is a summer kitchen with a table, deckchairs, and a jacuzzi. Every evening, after returning from the city, we spent time here, resting after the hardships of the hike and planning the next day. The host is very nice and friendly. He organized a transfer from the airport, stored our luggage, and gave us some tips on what to see, how to get there, where to eat, etc. On the first day, he provided us with snacks, which was very helpful for us, because it was a Sunday when the shops were closed: ) He made sure everything was fine. We highly recommend staying here.

Air conditioning was working and views are magnificent. Location is quite close to Dubrovnik old town. We did walk there daily. Maybe a bit long walk thought if kids under 5 years old.
