Clean, modern, nice shower, comfortable bed. The view from balcony is awesome, balcony is equiped with comfortable chairs, umbrella and table. We had comfortable kitchen shared with another apartment. This apartment is situated just near the entrance to St.Jakov Beach that is also the best beach in Dubrovnik! Robert was very friendly and polite, helped us with all we need. Also we had a private parking.

The rooms were neat, clean, and fragrant, with a sea view. A wonderful terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, the old town, and the island of Lokrum. On the terrace, which consists of 3 levels, there is a summer kitchen with a table, deckchairs, and a jacuzzi. Every evening, after returning from the city, we spent time here, resting after the hardships of the hike and planning the next day. The host is very nice and friendly. He organized a transfer from the airport, stored our luggage, and gave us some tips on what to see, how to get there, where to eat, etc. On the first day, he provided us with snacks, which was very helpful for us, because it was a Sunday when the shops were closed: ) He made sure everything was fine. We highly recommend staying here.

From the very comfortable terrace, we spent very pleasant moments admiring the view of the city and the magnificent sunsets! We took advantage of the very beautiful coves, recommended by Ana, just below as well as the pretty beach. Ana is a super host always ready to help, delighting us with her pancakes.

We have enjoyed our stay in Sveti Jakov aparment. It has a stunning location right above the Sveti Jakov beach and the views are to die for. It is perfect place if you are looking for escaping the city hustle but still want to stay close to the old town. Even though it takes around 20 minutes by walk to the center, you are passing by few mesmerizing bathing places which I highly reccommend to visit. The appartment has very interesting architecture and it makes this place so special. Overall we have very much enjoyed our stay also thanks to Maja, who made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back!

Everything! Ana was a great hostess, she provided us with travel recommendations, some interesting facts and history about Croatia and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The property is a piece of heaven with a spectacular view. This choice of lodging exceeded our expectations.

Enjoying a quiet location only 50 metres from the sea, Guest Accommodation Sveti Jakov is set 2 km from the UNESCO-protected Dubrovnik’s Old Town. What a great accommodation off the beaten path, with absolutely stunning views! Ana, the hostess, was very kind and welcoming. Before we arrived she told us exactly where to park, and she met us at the car to guide us down to the property. After giving a brief tour, she left us to get settled in. This was our first stop in Croatia, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location in Dubrovnik. The path down to the beach and Old Town is easily walkable from here. We loved that there was a private balcony to sit and relax while eating a meal and look out over the bay.
