The staff is kind. The view from the rooftop is exceptional, you can see the Acropolis from the best angle, and there are no buildings in the space between, just a park/agora ruins. The rooftop is accessible anytime, it's a great budget option to have a drink/meal there. The rooms are pleasant. The location is great, we could walk to almost all the sights, there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, including a cheap supermarket. We were unlucky with the room as the newly installed shower got clogged, but it was resolved quickly, we could use the (empty) room next to us for showering in that evening/morning, and it was repaired by noon the next day. I write this as a positive, as the issue was handled professionally.

Centrally located on the pedestrian street of Apostolou Pavlou, Phidias Hotel is just 250 metres from the Acropolis and 100 metres from Thision Metro Station. This hotel proved to be the best choice to stay in Athens. The location was amazing, the services and comfort were very much satisfying. I have to stress that the hotel staff was amazing, they were being very professional and friendly. Since I had many difficulties with my travel arrangement (my flight was rescheduled and then cancelled), the staff of the hotel proved to be very very helpful and understanding. They helped me arrange everything needed for my stay in Athens and nothing presented a problem for them. Special thanks to Mrs Grace, she is really high-spirited and positive soul. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It is so calming to have someone like that at the reception of the hotel. You have a feeling to be in very good hands. Thank you!

Be My Guest Athens is centrally located in Athens, within walking distance of both the scenic Thission and Petralona districts and a 4-minute walk from Apostolou Pavlou street. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, also the staff was very polite and helpful!!

Offering an impressive view to the Acropolis from its rooftop terrace, Hotel Thissio enjoys a central location. The rooms are elegantly decorated and come with free WiFi. Incredible place, with incredible views. Amazing experience from check-in to check-out thanks to Terry. Great rooms with amazing views and the rooftop bar is spectacular.

Very nice and clean accommodation, in an area close to the center of Athens, with many options for using the metro or other means of public transport. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you could need. The staff was very kind and the breakfast quite good with many handmade options. We will definitely choose it again on our next trip to Athens.

From delectable traditional Greek dishes to international favorites, every meal was a delight for the taste buds. However, what truly sets the hotel apart is its exceptional service. The lady at the reception, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Her genuine warmth and willingness to assist with any request made our experience truly unforgettable.

Everything was great! The location was just in the center of all touristic areas, the level of cleanliness was super, had all the facilities we needed in the apartment, the prompt response of Phillipos to whatever we ask or request! Would definitely recommend it!

Many great restaurants (many with wonderful acropolis views), but not overly crowded. Lovely area to stroll down wide cobbled streets with great acropolis views. Would stay here again. Owner was extremely attentive. Answered many of my questions very quickly prior to my arrival date and during my stay. Even quickly came to assist when we could not get the remote control on the TV to work. I was impressed.
