Amazing apartment, the building is brand new, everything is modern and electronic, even the door lock(which locks like 10 times automatically..). Great tv, two ac units that warm the place up in no time, plenty of hot water, everything from kitchen counters to the bathroom bin have soft close. Lots of appliances, and utensils. Building door opens with NFC key chain.. Plenty of light. No noise at night at all, little traffic on the street, nothing dangerous or fishy while we were there.. Clubs are close by, you can't hear music at night, tho I wouldn't recommend walking the road that passes by them, some shady characters late at night hanging about, but had no problems whatsoever. Metro station is a 2 minute walk, Syntagma is 2 stations away, probably a 7 minute trip all in all to get there from this house. And the price is unbeatable. Absolutely go there.
