I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to the remarkable individuals who made my stay unforgettable. Nina, the hotel's Boss Lady, not only exudes kindness but also a high level of professionalism that sets the tone for the entire establishment. Georgy's friendliness is infectious, leaving me with a smile every time we interacted. Irakli and Lado were standouts when it came to assisting with inquiries about the city. Their local knowledge and willingness to help ensured that I could make the most of my time exploring the area. Saba from Dumas deserves a special mention for his incredible hospitality, which made me feel like a valued guest. The chef, who speaks French, created culinary delights that were not only delicious but also a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing a diverse and enjoyable dining experience. The rest of the reception team, including David, consistently went above and beyond to deliver a top-notch service, setting the standard for excellent customer care. I can't overlook the Housekeeping Team and their supervisor, whose meticulous attention to detail ensured that my room was always in impeccable condition. Their dedication did not go unnoticed, and it contributed significantly to the overall comfort of my stay. The in-room dining service was a delight, providing a variety of options that catered to my preferences.

I really love Vake park, it's huge park with shadow and a lot of place for kids or morning running. The room was clean with beautiful balcony.

Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or assisting with any requests I had, they were always there to help with a smile. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with easy access to many of Tbilisi's top attractions and dining options. I appreciated being able to explore the city easily while knowing I had a comfortable and welcoming hotel to return to at the end of the day.
