This unexpected touch of luxury added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. The familiar warmth of their hospitality was still very much present, making me feel right at home. I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to the remarkable individuals who made my stay unforgettable. Nina, the hotel's Boss Lady, not only exudes kindness but also a high level of professionalism that sets the tone for the entire establishment. Georgy's friendliness is infectious, leaving me with a smile every time we interacted. Irakli and Lado were standouts when it came to assisting with inquiries about the city. Their local knowledge and willingness to help ensured that I could make the most of my time exploring the area. Saba from Dumas deserves a special mention for his incredible hospitality, which made me feel like a valued guest. The chef, who speaks French, created culinary delights that were not only delicious but also a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing a diverse and enjoyable dining experience. The rest of the reception team, including David, consistently went above and beyond to deliver a top-notch service, setting the standard for excellent customer care. I can't overlook the Housekeeping Team and their supervisor, whose meticulous attention to detail ensured that my room was always in impeccable condition. Their dedication did not go unnoticed, and it contributed significantly to the overall comfort of my stay. The in-room dining service was a delight, providing a variety of options that catered to my preferences.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable and convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or assisting with any requests I had, they were always there to help with a smile. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with easy access to many of Tbilisi's top attractions and dining options. I appreciated being able to explore the city easily while knowing I had a comfortable and welcoming hotel to return to at the end of the day.
