Very cosy beds, well equipped apartment, in a quiet neighbourhood. The bedroom faces a quiet garden. There are local shops, small pubs to eat nearby. Two tube stations are pretty close: Maryland and Stratford. If you come by tube, be prepared for a 20 minutes walk from Maryland The landlady lives in the same flat which is an advantage beacuse she's very nice.

The location, right next to Forest Gate, is incredibly well connected, making it easy to explore all of London. The accommodation was just as good as described—comfy, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of supermarkets and restaurants just a minute's walk away, which added to the convenience of my stay. A special mention to Kiron, who received me with such warmth and professionalism. His excellent service truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!
