Price was good comparing others in London ..so much more expensive. But this hotel has good location, easy for metro, bus to Stratford station which is main to go somewhere in london. I want to praise this hotel staffs everyone who worked for our stays, morning, night shift staffs. Very kind, helpful! Pay attention to customer needs. Breakfast was excellent, unlimited coffee and water,lemon water.. staff who cooked inside for breakfast he was doing great, kept checking food and cook fresh sausage, potato and supply. .all we enjoyed made our tired trip to be relaxed here. Rooms clean!

The host was always available to chat and responded to our queries promptly. The property was clean and well maintained. It is located in a safe neighborhood and is walking distance to Maryland station on the Elizabeth line which was a huge plus for us. Highly recommended.
