Overlooking Salford Quays, AC Hotel by Marriott Manchester Salford Quays, A Marriott Lifestyle hotel is just 1 mile from the recently developed Media City UK. The room was very clean. I had quiet a large room just for myself with nice views and with a comfortable double bed. The breakfast was also very good and the staff was great.

Well located in the Salford district of Manchester, Albert View Rooms is situated 2.5 km from Manchester Arena, 3 km from Opera House Manchester and 3.2 km from John Rylands Library. I have no idea why the rating is so low but it was a great stay and I even had a heater working🤣 You can get here by bus at 2 pounds - the stop is outside, it is a quiet and safe neighbourhood there is Lidl on the way to get some food. Check in is remote - you get your room number and a code for the keys - the locker can be tricky - push harder to open. Towels and linen were included in the rate, soap and shampoo. They even provide a small tea pot, that was very lovely along with coffee. The rooms and property are a bit outdated and it’s not that fancy of a place but among all the variants in Manchester this was the best. You can also use a kitchen to heat smth.
