The hotel room was clean and with all stated stuffs. Location is almost perfect, there is bus, underground or overground nearby in few minutes of a walk. Also, there is a couple of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Holiday Inn Express Chingford has excellent access to the M11 motorway. Nearby Walthamstow Central underground station offers a 30-minute journey to central London. The staff were all really nice. I unfortunately didn't get everyone's names, but I did get Sammy's name. Thanks to all the staff!

Chris is a lovely host, calling us before arrival to check we were ok and knew where we were going. Met us when we arrived and messaged the next morning to check we had had a good stay. Had a busy itinery so were literally in the flat for the night only so didn't use the facilities. Slept like a log in a comfy bed. My daughter managed to leave her retainer and Chris posted it straight back to us, no messing around, can't fault him.

The neighbours is also safe.

The living room, the kitchen, and the dining area were superb. It was like home away from home. The host was exceptionally responsive. He gave attention to any requests that we made and made our stay excellently memorable. I will definitely want to stay in his house again and again.
