The hostess was friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and with all stated stuffs. Location is almost perfect, there is bus, underground or overground nearby in few minutes of a walk. Also, there is a couple of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Holiday Inn Express Chingford has excellent access to the M11 motorway. Nearby Walthamstow Central underground station offers a 30-minute journey to central London. Fast checkin, easy, friendly personal. room was made available earlier than indicated so we could dro our stuff and leave to the event earlier. in the evening after returning, Bar was still open and we could enjoy a cold beer with some folks we met there.

Met us when we arrived and messaged the next morning to check we had had a good stay. Had a busy itinery so were literally in the flat for the night only so didn't use the facilities. Slept like a log in a comfy bed. My daughter managed to leave her retainer and Chris posted it straight back to us, no messing around, can't fault him.

The hosts are very kind and nice. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The hosts will provide everything you ask for and allow us to use most of their facilities in home. The location is convenient with some decent priced restaurants and convenient store within 1 to 5 min walk. It’s also around 5 minutes away from the Blackhorse station, making it very convenient to travel around London since it only takes around 30 minutes to reach to central London for £3. The neighbours is also safe.
