I’ve been in London for five months for medical treatment and almost tried most of the hotels, and I can say it’s the best! the room is clean and the staff always checking each time it’s cleaned (twice a day) I think the supervisor name is Jithu and all the staff are perfect .. the reception very friendly and the Resturant staff is professional and the food always fresh and tasty even the in room dining ( regards to the chef) honestly it’s the perfect place to stay in in London thank you for everything

Well set in London, citizenM London Victoria Station provides air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a restaurant. This 4-star hotel offers a bar. We loved our stay in citizenM!! Very close to the Victoria Station, near good restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dining! Easy check-in and the staff was really nice with us. The hotel keeps your lugagge if your need to store it after check-out which was great for us. The best part, of course, was our room! It was very beautiful, with a nice view, great size for a solo traveler or two.
