Really nice hotel. 5min walk from Pimlico metro station and 10min from Victoria Station. The hotel’s staff are really nice and helpful. We could leave our bags there even though we arrived early for check in. Room was spacious enough, clean and tidy. There was enough room in the wardrobe for coats and clothes and bathroom and shower were super clean and new. Shower gel, shampoo and soap all first quality. And there is also kettle and coffee machine in the room. Excellent to have a hot drink before going to bed or early in the morning.

The Windermere Hotel, London is a family-run hotel and brasserie, located a 10-minute walk from Victoria Underground Station, London. The owners and staff went out of their way to accommodate. Very nice friendly people, immensely enjoyed our stay. We actually had another hotel booked for our stay, but it wasn't up to par as per the website description so we left it (which we already paid for at a nonrefundable amount), and booked the balance of our stay at the Windermere. Our stay in London cost us dearly, but we have no regrets. If we're ever back visiting London we will definitely stay at the Windermere.

Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable room. About 10 min walk from Victoria Station. Super to have Oatley oat milk to go with coffee. (It's the best brand). Wonderful toiletry products. Quiet. Excellent wifi. If flights of stairs are challenging for you, be sure to request a room on a lower level. One of us was elderly and the 3 floor climb was a bit much as there is no elevator.
