W12 Rooms is situated next to Shepherd’s Bush underground station and Westfield Shopping Centre, which features a wide variety of designer shops, restaurants and cafés. The Service received by the staff was impressive, very helpful and accommodating. The room was as advertised and very clean.

A 5-minute walk from the Westfield Shopping Centre, Dorsett Shepherds Bush offers elegant hotel accommodation with an Asian influence. Чудовий сучасний готель та 5* сервіс. Нас зустріла дівчина на ім'я Nakhiba(вибачте, якщо я неправильно запам'ятала ім'я) на стійці ресепшен, дуже професійна та приємна. Запропонувала найкращий номер для нашої особливої події, за що я особливо вдячна. Кімната була дуже великою, чистою, з дуже великою та комфортною кроваттю. В кімнаті було все необхідне, також була доставлена ваза для моїх квітів. Обов'язково повернемося ще! Сервіс вище за очікуваний!

Staff were lovely and so kind, despite being really cheap the room was cosy, quiet and comfortable. For the money, it was everything you could ask for and the politeness of the staff was exceptional.

Property has a fabulous location, close to the tube and shops. It was clean, great comfy beds, nice bathroom, good sized room. We were a family with three teenagers and it was awesome. The owner was very quick to respond to any communication too.

Lots of little details such as conditioner in the showers. Really enjoyed our stay as a group of 4 ladies there for a tour of London's Lidos. Great communications from the owner & helpful app for your stay.
