We had the family room with a pullout couch. The room was plenty big but do know that the pullout couch is a small one. Loved that they were dog friendly.

The room was very clean + the staff was always very helpful. Even though the cleaning staff finished their work 4 pm, the staff was available to help me when I asked for help at 10 pm. Ishan (manager) was incredibly helpful. Thank you for everything! Loved it. Will be coming back soon.

The room was very cosy, the bed very comfortable and I loved the design of the room. The staff was very helpfull and the coffee in the pub is very tasty. I would really happily reccomend this place to anyone who doesnt have mobility restrictions, as the room was under the roof.

This modern hotel in West London is conveniently located and gives great access to Central London attractions such as The London Eye, Buckingham Palace and the Natural History Museum. Very central, place was clean & nice and warm

Just a 10-minute walk from Hammersmith Tube Station, the Star Hotel offers inviting rooms in a friendly atmosphere. Excellent location. Nice and quiet Charming hotel. Very clean and comfortable room which had everything I needed. I was attending a football match in Fulham which is roughly 30-40mins by walk, so it is a good location for that. Hammersmith is also very close which has many shops and restaurants. Staff very polite and easy check in and check out. Reasonably priced. Would easily recommend.

We stayed for 1 night only but I have to say that, although the room is small (well, we knew that from the description - we booked the "deluxe double room"), for a low budget hotel, it is very cosy, very clean and silent. It has a Smart TV, 2 integrated chargers on each side of bed, a small place on the desk having a kettle with coffee, tea and biscuits. 2 sets of pillows and 2 sets of towels. Moreover, a very good advantage is that the hotel is located between 2 train stations (Barons Court and West Kensington). We would definitely come again! We definitely recommend it!
