Hotel Café Royal is in the heart of central London. With the hotel situated to the South-West of Mayfair and Soho to the South, the property is positioned on Regent Street, within 1 mile from... The hospitality of the staff during the breakfast. Artful and his colleagues were so friendly and humorous! It made us a pleasant start of the day! The evening room service to check up water supply and tidy again our bedding make us feel warm. Especially my younger daughter brought a puppy with her. The staff placed the puppy in different gesture and beds look so cute and warmly when we got back every night. Due to our early flight ✈️, we couldn't make it to the breakfast. Unexpectedly the breakfast boxes and coffee/milk were delivered so early to our room, even before 👨‍🍳 chefs arrived. How did you make it happen? We will definitely stay here whenever coming back to London!

Elegancki hotel Haymarket położony jest w samym sercu londyńskiej dzielnicy teatrów, w pobliżu restauracji, barów oraz tuż obok teatru Theatre Royal Haymarket. Super friendly staff at reception, very nice lobby area to hang out. Buffet breakfast option included everything I felt like and was of exceptional quality. The room could not have been more pristine.

The staff at this hotel are truly amazing. Helped us out of a few difficult situations during our stay. I am truly grateful too all.

Hotel Ham Yard położony jest w Londynie, zaledwie 3 minuty spacerem od placu Piccadilly Circus. Oferuje on bar, restaurację i centrum fitness. 1. The bowling alley. 2. Ham Yard is almost identical to the Soho Hotel (also a Firmdale property) but in my opinion less refined, despite being pricier. Ham Yard is trendier I think, and in a very slightly better location but Soho is in my opinion the better choice.

They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, offering helpful suggestions for nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel’s location in Leicester Square was absolutely fantastic. It was within walking distance of major theaters, entertainment venues, and popular tourist spots. The convenience of being centrally located made it easy to explore the city and experience the vibrant energy of London.
