Location was convenient for the Award Ceremony that I attended the next day, and also convenient to Bus Transportation to Oxford Street and central london and also to the Tube Station as well.

Our room had a wonderful view of Piccadilly Circus without hearing any of the street noise! The soundproofing in the hotel is excellent; the location is perfect for walking to West End theaters (the main reason for our trip). Lots of great places to eat close by. We had a fantastic breakfast every morning at the hotel with excellent service. Arturo went out of his way each time we visited to make sure we were taken care of - whether we were seated in his section or not! The hotel is beautiful and very secure. The gentleman at the doors were always kind and helpful, especially when we needed to be pointed in the right direction to where we were headed. Most nights we were out late at the theatre, and having an excellent late night menu for a late dinner in our room was perfect for us. All of the room service staff were wonderful. Everyone we spoke with at the front desk was kind and attentive and helpful. Overall - it was a wonderful 10 days in a lovely hotel in London!

Très bien situé, petit déjeuner superbe, joli restaurant, personnel très sympathique et compétent. Vue sur le marché de Noël. Donné sur rue piétonne et petit parc.

Amazing location, walking distance from various sites and with relatively easy transportation to other parts of the city. Staff were always helpful and professional, and the room was accesorized, clean and comfortable.
