Fantastic location to start with. Every member of staff was welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely. The rooms were immaculate with fresh bedding every 2 days and a turndown in the evening with bottled water replenished. I would definitely stay here again.

It's in a perfect location (near Hyde Park, wonderful shopping, central), it beautifully appointed, and has one of the best staff we've ever encountered. From Gunther, to Lionel and the entire team - we were always welcomed and given superb service. I can't recommend it enough.
